Why this list works

Mortarion, a winged Daemon Prince, a Defiler and a Chaos Knight Despoiler give the list four big threats, while Typhus-led Poxwalkers and Plaguecasters jam the midfield. The opponent can't kill everything that's sitting on objectives.

How it plays

Push Poxwalker bricks onto midfield objectives turn 1 to screen and hold.
Use Mortarion and the Despoiler as the main damage, trading into the opponent's best pieces.
Blight-haulers hunt vehicles and grab side objectives.
The Rhino carries Plaguecasters to stay in range of key fights.

Cheapest way to buy

Poxwalkers, Typhus and Plaguecasters are in Death Guard Combat Patrol/Battleforce boxes. The Knight Despoiler is the costliest single model — check second-hand.
